My husband ordered tickets for the Georgia Aquarium last Tuesday. There website says you will get an email with in 1 to 3 business days with a link to the tickets.

After waiting a week and still not getting an email from ticketmonster.com my husband called purchasing power to ask what was going on. They advised him that it can take up to 3 weeks to get the tickets. My husband sent them a screen shot of the details on there website and was just told sorry. These tickets where my kids Easter Gift.

They need to make there details more clear on there website.

The customer service person could not even tell my husband why it would take up to 3 weeks to get the tickets. This is BS

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: That there website has false avertisement.
