I got a flyer in the mail with my company's name on it. It sounded like some sort of employee purchase program and they were offering a 15% discount and I'm in the market for a new tv, so I thought I'd check it out.
They won't let you view anything until you register and I quickly saw why. They were offering $800 tv's for about double the price. It was quickly obvious to me that they extend credit to people with no credit check and jack up their prices to account for any bad debt. This sounds about as bad as a payday loan.
I work in the Corporate Finance department for a Fortune 500 company. I can't believe they would sell my information to these crooks or allow them to put their name on promotional materials.
