Ordered a new couch over 3 months ago. Upon delivery we noticed the couch had extensive damage (from manufacturer).
They scheduled a pick up and followed through approximately 1 week later. Purchasing Power agreed to send out a new couch. 3 weeks later the new couch arrived but the center wedge piece was missing. They ordered a new wedge.
2 weeks later the wedge is delivered but it's crooked and bent (another manufacturer defect). This time we advised Purchasing Power that we wanted our money back and we wanted this piece of garbage picked up. Almost 2 weeks later the couch gets picked up.
Now at this point we've been paying, via bi-weekly payroll deduction, almost $1,200 over the course of this mess.
We contact this *** company almost daily and are given the run around. Deductions are still being made and we have no couch. Nothing has been resolved. After finally speaking to a manager we were advised that a refund will be credited to our account.......this was days ago.
A call today confirmed once again that nothing is being done.
Contemplating suing this *** company. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

The most disappointing in user's experience was poor customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
