OK guys I dont understand whats going on Im still waiting for the call but I havent got my packet I order a packet and I have not received it that pacific day when the package supposed to be arrive I was at work and nobody was my home all of them they were working in the delivery guy seen it he delivered to my house hes also saying Im the one who signed it why do I need to complain something that I already received and why am I saying that I was at work and daddy when he sent it he delivered to my house And this is not the firstI ordered from you guys I always just received my packet this packet I did not receive it and Im not paying it something that I did not receive it I need you guys to find out where is my packet thats all I want thank you

I ordered an Xbox series s with some games for my son. The website made it seem like these games work for the system, but in fact the system has no disk drive.

Even though at least one of the titles I ordered specifically said that it is supported by systems x/s, it was not supported. I asked for a call back from a Manger because the person I spoke to twice could not tell me if there was a digital code available for any of the games let alone the one that said it was specifically for this system. When I called 7 days later. The person I spoke with then contacted a "manager" who refused to wave the $35 fee for returning games that were misrepresented on their website.

Now I am out delivery costs plus a fee for returning the games.

I will finish paying off my overpriced balance and never use them again. I hope nobody else has this problem and would suggest not using this poorly serviced company as there are others available with a simillar scheme and better managment practices.

I ordered a stove in May of 2022, since Purchasing Power uses a secondary vendor the vendor refused to bring the stove upstairs. I in returned contacted Purchasing Power and indicated that I no longer wanted the stove and the $400.00 down payment I wanted returned.

I used Home Depot who was fast and efficient. Inasmuch, I received the returned in January of 2023. Now they are saying I own $360.00, since I canceled the order and other incurred fees that makes absolutely no sense. Then I was informed that my account is now going to collection.

This program deducts payments automatically, so how is this possible? Their customer service representatives reads from a script and lacks empathy and understanding that each customers shopping experience is unique.

I have spent over $12,000.00 with this company! Shameful Shameful.
